Take a Fresh Look!
Our 2019 TV campaign for Boundary Outlet raised brand awareness and brought a younger demographic into the newly refurbished flagship store in Colne. It was time to apply this strategy to the other stores around the UK with a fresh new advert.
Boundary were keen to create a continuation of the concept developed in 2019 that proved to be highly effective in boosting footfall to the store. We built upon it by introducing a narrative element to further engage viewers into the shopper experience.
It was important for Boundary Outlet to represent their entire customer base while changing public perceptions about the brand and location. By including a wide age range we would remain inclusive of the loyal customer base they have grown over the years, while appealing to a younger demographic.
The shoot was staged in the Sheffield store to show off it’s top to bottom refit. As a last minute request from the owner, we added a third shoot day and adjusted the creative to shoot additional scenes in their flagship store in Colne. Ensuring regional versions of the TV ad had visuals to complement what each store offers.
